    Get things done

    从前有个人名字叫做Joel Spolsky
    他开了一个blog,名字叫做Joel on Software。
    在上面写些他对软件开发还有对程序员的想法。
     
    其中有一篇是写他招人的标准,有三条
    1) smart
    2) get things done
    3) not strange
    关于第二条,他的注解是  他不要那种说起来头头是道又很聪明,但是却什么事也做不了的人。
    他很有名,文章也写得很好,很多人看。结果有一次我在一个宣讲会性质的聊天室里看到这样的对话:
    programmer: what's your criteria for new employees?
    recruiter: well, not to be too Joel Spolsky, but we need smart people that get things done.
    :)  然后大家就会心一笑
     
    我写这篇的原因是因为  有人问我上一篇里面Get things done是什么意思...
    然后我在上一篇里写到这句话的原因是,觉得自己不是个Get things done的人。
    为了做一件事,往往会去关心很多和这件事没有直接关系的事,至于最后能不能把事做完,
    往往不是我最关心的...
