September 15 Get things done从前有个人名字叫做Joel Spolsky。
他开了一个blog，名字叫做Joel on Software。
在上面写些他对软件开发还有对程序员的想法。
其中有一篇是写他招人的标准，有三条
1) smart 2) get things done 3) not strange 关于第二条，他的注解是 他不要那种说起来头头是道又很聪明，但是却什么事也做不了的人。
他很有名，文章也写得很好，很多人看。结果有一次我在一个宣讲会性质的聊天室里看到这样的对话：
programmer: what's your criteria for new employees?
recruiter: well, not to be too Joel Spolsky, but we need smart people that get things done. :) 然后大家就会心一笑
